Brian Daly is a New York State licensed real estate broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service. He has thirty years of experience in the preparation, negotiation and execution of real estate documents and transactions. A licensed attorney, Brian is a former Commissioner of Rye Town Park.

Ted Piekarski, Esq., an expert in new construction and complex legal and financial issues, is also a member of the firm. In addition to being an attorney, Ted is also a Certified Public Accountant and has been in private practice as a real estate specialist for over twenty five years.

Cheryl Daly, a licensed sales associate, is also a member of KBRE. Cheryl, who is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, has always shared our passion for the real estate business.

Tim Daly, a licensed sales associate who attended the University of Warsaw (Poland) and who is currently matriculating at the University of Miami (Florida), is the newest member of the firm.
