He has thirty years of experience in the preparation, negotiation and execution of real estate documents and transactions. A licensed attorney, Brian is a member of the Rye-Playland Advisory Committee and a Commissioner of Rye Town Park, the jewel of of our recreational facilities and the aesthetic center of our serendipitous community.

Ted Piekarski, Esq., an expert in new construction and complex legal and financial issues, has recently agreed to become a member of the firm. Ted is also a Certified Public Accountant and has been in private practice as a real estate specialist for over twenty five years.
